About ADU Craft Long Beach

What do we do?

We build four kinds of ADU: garage conversions, backyard cottages, attached ADUs and junior ADUs. We handle the design and permits and the construction, so you deal with one team.

Where do we work?

Long Beach, Lakewood, Signal Hill, Seal Beach and Downey. We are a service-area business: we come to your property, and we do not take walk-in visits.

How do we work?

• Lot first. We check zoning, overlays and the existing structures before suggesting a design.
• Written, itemized quotes. You see what each part of the job costs before construction starts.
• Plain answers. If an ADU type does not fit your lot or your budget, we say so.
• Dated rules. ADU law changes often. Every rule on this site says when it was checked and where it came from.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. ADU Craft Long Beach is licensed and insured. We are happy to share license and insurance details when you request a quote.
